The Attitude of Gratitude

Gratitude. As close to a little blue pill of fulfilment as we can get.

It’s simple to take, easy to swallow and, oh baby, the effects are just immense!

By practicing Gratitude we direct our minds to focus on the good things in our lives.

And we simultaneously (re)train ourselves to be “more” of what we want, and experience “more” bliss and joy effortlessly.

Even if we’ve been having a tough time, we can’t be both grateful and angry at the same time. So choose grateful. The positive thought always wins out.The Attitude of Gratitude

If we continuously practise a “grateful” mindset, we show the Universe the good things we appreciate in our lives…

And the Universe obligingly delivers more of the same. Nice!

This way, the tough times or scarcity we’ve faced start to disappear.

The things we’ve desired start manifesting in our lives and, more than that, Gratitude also dials up more emotional happiness.

More of what we have “wanted” (without using the “want” word) — more happiness, more life, more love, more fun, more opportunities to do good.

And with more, you get more… More ways to see good, feel good, do good.

See what I mean, immense!

Gratitude, like meditation, is something that takes daily practice — so remind yourself of it throughout the day.

  • Set an alarm on your phone, six times a day, with a reminder to think of something for which you are grateful.
  • Then, from the heart, state it aloud, I am grateful for XYZ.
  • If you can’t think of anything to be grateful for, don’t worry. You can always fake it…

But it is important to avoid wishing you had something. That red flags you’re lacking something in your life.

The Universe doesn’t understand “lack” or the difference between have and have not. So if you express lack, you’ll just keep getting more of it. And that ain’t the object at all!

So if you’re always on your phone(!), upload this lock screen image to it as an instant reminder to practice Gratitude.

BTW: No need to thank me! You’re “more” than welcome; just let me know how you get on.

Manifesting “more”? All of us, we’ve got this…
